Last year at the Tom of Finland Foundation I curated a benefit exhibition with Bespoke Surgical titled The Body Is The Instrument, focusing on the interconnection of art, sex and science. As part of the programming, we held a round table discussion about the subjects and themes raised in the exhibition, moderated by Zach Staff (former editor-in-chief of The Advocate), with Dr. Evan Goldstein (founder of Bespoke), Durk Dehner (president and co-founder of ToFF), Simon Haas (artist), Rubén Esparza (artist and curator), and myself.
